Description: Debug message issued by VIPM0037 in the MVS monitor task to show the lengths of the various packet components. Issued after analysis a CTE packet has been completed, but before it is dumped or formatted.
&1=IP header length (for IPv6, the header length includes all the extension headers)
&2=Protocol header length
&3=Payload length
&4=Residual length (the sum of the other three lengths)
