Description: Debug message issued by VIPM0037 in the MVS monitor task to show the name of the calling program and the parameters it passed. Issued shortly after the program is entered and before processing of the packet trace begins.

&2=the hexadecimal offset within the calling program of the next instruction after the branch instruction
&3=the hexadecimal address of the Component Trace Element (CTE) buffer whose address was passed in register 0
&4=the hexadecimal address of the Packet Trace Request (PKTR) buffer whose address was passed in register 1
