Description: Debug message issued by VIPM0053 and VIPM0149 in the MVS monitor task to show why an IP address was not added to the stack’s VIPIPTBL buffer. Issued after failing to add an IP address to the next empty slot in the VIPIPTBL buffer.
&1=the IP address in hexadecimal notation; may be IPv4 or IPv6
&2=the IP address type as it relates to the stack, either “primary” or “not primary”
&3=the name of the stack that owns the IP address
&4=the reason the IP address could not be added to the stack’s VIPIPTBL buffer: either “no IP table address” or “IP table is full”
