IF Collect: &1(B,D,4) IFCDs enumerated for stack &2(C,C,8)
Description: Debug message issued by VIPM0053 in the MVS monitor task. Issued at the beginning of a collection cycle to show how many IFCD buffers need to be processed.
&1=the number of IFCD buffers for the specified stack that were allocated as of the end of the previous collection cycle
&2=the name of the stack for which interface data is being collected
