SMF recording: rule &1(C,C,4) &2(C,C,2) timer &3(C,C,16) not found
Debug error message issued by VIPM0230 when rule debugging is enabled for a TMRP rule and the timer name was not found in VIPM0042.
&1=the three to four character rule name from a table in VIPM0230
&2=the symbolic name of the rule operand, S1, where S1=source one
&3=the 1 to 16 character timer name that was not found
