SMF recording: rule &1(C,C,4) &2(C,C,2) buffer offset is zero
Debug error message issued by VIPM0230 when rule debugging is enabled and a zero offset value for the buffer address of a rule operand is found.
&1=the three to four character rule name from a table in VIPM0230
&2=the symbolic name of the rule operand: T1,S1,T2,S2 where T1=target one, S1=source one, etc.
