Debug message issued by any of the VIPM024x programs after writing all the SMF records that were ready to be recorded at the end of the current recording interval.
&1=the current SMF recording status, ENABLED or DISABLED for the the SMF record type/subtype combination being written
&2=the decimal SMF record type being recorded
&3=the decimal SMF record subtype being recorded
