Debug message issued by any of the VIPM024x programs to display the number of SMF work buffers it is about to process in preparation for writing SMF records at the end of a recording interval.
&PGM=the name of the program issuing this message
&1=the count of work buffers enumerated in decimal
&2=the four character storage class of the work buffers
