REQ=SWITCH for ID=userID failed due to contention.
RACFplex could not switch to the security context of the specified user because of contention for a serially reusable resource (IBM control block field ASXBSENV). This can only happen on a fast multi-processor whose VIP agent is servicing two different IP trace requests at the same time. In this condition, the request by the specified user will fail. The user can immediately re-issue the request.
