ID=userID added to repository of USER objects.
RACFplex has added the specified user to its repository of known users. Generally speaking, this is done when a user attempts a sign-on, whether successful or unsuccessful.
This sign-on may be explicit or implicit: i.e. the user may have entered an ID-password combination, or the server may have provided the ID-password when the user attempted a secured function such as starting IP trace.
