This message indicates that VIP changed the user type from a real operator to a lingering operator or vice versa.
MODE=R(R)=R(L) means a change from real to lingering.
MODE=R(L)=R(R) means a change from lingering to real.
A real operator can use the VIP UI to start an IP trace and logoff before the trace completes. In that case, the RACFplex control block for the real operator must linger after the logoff for the benefit of the IP trace. If the user logs on before the linger completes, then the operator becomes real again.
