Called from task@program+0xoffset with an invalid USER object.
For SDS development only. Task named task executed program named program, which contains a VIPSECUR macro at offset 0xoffset.
This specifies the location of a logic error within VIP. The VIPUSER object specified in the VIPSECUR macro is known to be invalid. Correct this logic error before shipping VIP.
