&1=either “allocation” or “open”, depending on which one failed
&2=the symbolic name of the request from the EZBNMRHA macro for which the formatted report can be produced. One of the following values:
GetIfs (request code=4)
GetIfStats (request code=5)
GetIfStatsExtended (request code=6)
