Description: An initial attempt to connect to the VTAM SNAMGMT NMI fails. It indicates that an automated retry cycle has begun. The cycle will last for 1 hour from the time of the initial connection failure. If VTAM issues message IST1925I SOCKET OPENED BY SNAMGMT SERVER SUBTASK, then an immediate connection retry is performed, and, if it is successful, the retry cycle ends and message vip0794 is issued.
