Description: A VIP agent has tried and failed to match Enterprise Extender’s IP address with a TCP/IP stack.
A VIP agent writes an IP address table that lists all the IP addresses served by all the TCP/IP stacks that the agent can reach. It gets EE’s local IP address from the VTAM NMI (network management interface). The agent then searches the IP address table, looking for the name of the stack that serves that address.
After each 60 failures to find the stack name–each 5-minute interval–the agent uses message 07720001 to list the records in its IP table.
