Source: May be issued during VIP startup, and after RELOAD command by the HPR or EE connection monitor tasks.
Reason: Indicates task is unable to connect to VTAM NMI socket. No connection monitoring will be done. Message VIP0723will also be issued and may help identify the cause of the failure.
