%INCLUDE %member in member specifies a non-existent member name
This message is issued when a VIPINST configuration member is parsed and an %INCLUDE statement is encountered. The service routine attempted to open the designated %member and the open failed because the named member does not exist in VIPINST.
%member = Member name specified on the %INCLUDE statement
member = Name of the member containing the %INCLUDE statement
