A request for 64-bit storage (“above the bar”) failed. The IARV64 return code and reason code are shown.
Action: Look in VIPOUT for other messages that may give more information about the failing request or feature. Look up the return and reason codes in the IBM manual z/OS MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference.
If the middle four digits of the reason code are 0016, the memory limit was exceeded. Use the MEMLIMIT parameter on the VIP agent started procedure to increase the limit. If the problem persists, contact SDS Technical Support.
