Reason: The VIP Agent’s VIPPARM1 member did not contain any valid VIPTIER1 and VIPTIER1B statements.
Action: If tier-1 remote host definitions are desired, add VIPTIER1 and VIPTIER1B statements to the VIP Agent’s VIPPARM1 configuration member.
