VTCP failure: EZASMI TYPE=BIND. PORTs likely unavailable.
For VIP server-agent communications, agent configuration needs to define a TCP/IP stack and two ports: one for TCP and one for UDP. The definitions are in the VIPINST(VTCPPARM) member.
Verify that the definitions in VTCPPARM specify the correct stack name, IP address, and port numbers.
For each stack, verify that those two ports are reserved for the correct agent job name. See the stack’s PROFILE member or issue a NETSTAT PORTLIST command.
If the ports are reserved, check whether they are in use. Issue a NETSTAT CONN command. Perhaps the VIP agent had been running previously and server-agent connections were not completely terminated.
