Reason: Issued when a WE buffer, containing the address of the first VCNM buffer, is received, and when each VCNM buffer, containing the response text, is processed
&1 =either “WE” or “VCNM”, the type of buffer being processed
&2 = the hexadecimal memory address of the buffer being processed
&3 = the hexadecimal WE process code, always 0x0050, for WE buffers, 0x0000 for VCNM buffers
