Description: This debug message is issued by VIPM0133 in the IP trace task to show the name of the calling program and the parameters it passed. It is issued shortly after the program is entered and before processing of OSAENTA commands begins.

&1=the name of the calling program
&2=the hexadecimal offset within the calling program of the next instruction after the branch instruction
&3=the hexadecimal address of the Packet Trace Request (PKTR) buffer whose address was passed in register 1
&4=the hexadecimal value of the packet trace function (FN) code; the only values processed by VIPM0133 are 0x01=initiate new trace, and 0x07=terminate trace
&5=the hexadecimal value of the packet trace state (ST) code; the normal values are 0x00=initializing, and 0x06=terminating
