IOCTL: unexpected return from socket call to stack:

Description: VIP obtains some information from the local stack using IOCTL calls. When a stack is first discovered, VIP obtains a socket for the IOCTL calls and binds it to the stack. These messages are issued if this process fails.
The problem may be due to a state transition in the stack. VIP will retry. When the socket is bound, message VIP01740000MI will be issued.
Action: Look for message VIP0174 for the same stack. If the condition persists, contact SDS Technical Support.
