Description: Debug message issued by VIPM0037 in the MVS monitor task to show the IP version and protocol number. Issued after analysis a CTE packet has been completed, but before it is dumped or formatted.
&1=the IP version number, 4 or 6
&2=the IP protocol number, usually one of the following: 1 = ICMPv4 6 = TCP 17 = UDP 47 = GRE 58 = ICMPv6
