For SDS development only. Task named task executed program named program, which contains a VIPSECUR macro at offset 0xoffset. This specifies the location of a logic error within VIP. The task attempted a VIPSECUR function that is restricted to RACFplex internals. Correct this logic error before shipping VIP.
